About the Instructors:
Kate Brzyska is a founder of Conscious Matters Consulting. Her main mission is to provide tools and techniques to help each individual to broaden their consciousness and bring quick results into their personal and professional life. Her goal is to help improve the quality of life of each client.
She is a published poet and writer. Her powerful work “Healthy and Constructive Body Image: Beauty From the Inside Out” will soon be available in the e-book format. She has completed Angelic Reki courses and worked as Dahn Yoga Instructor. She is also a successful motivational speaker.
Marzanna Litwiniuk is a personal development instructor with numerous group and personal training sessions in her porfolio. She is a Sexuality Specialist who has studied the Eastern approach for over twenty years.
